This application is set-up so that a background check/fingerprinting process might be completed for people who are planning to participate in the following activity:

• Classroom Clinical Teaching (also known as Student Teaching) ____ as part of the requirements for a teaching degree

Volunteers should complete a "Volunteer Application" and background check through the Partners in Education department.

 

Candidates interested in participating in classroom observation only should complete a "Clinical Observer Applicaition".
